The purpose of the Kettering Development Corporation (KDC) is to support and improve the community’s future through the redevelopment of commercial and residential properties in the city of Kettering, Ohio.
KDC will work with the city of Kettering to strategically reinvest resources in projects that increase jobs and expand the tax base.
